Graduate Students, Kelsey Hoppes, Chu May Paing and Paige Edmiston recieve Beverly Sears Graduate Student Grant program awards.Ìý They will use the funding to continue their ongoing doctoral dissertation research and writing (see below for their topics).

Kelsey Hoppes - dissertation research on Great Plains and Midwest ceramic communities of practice.
Chu May Paing -ÌýÌýdissertation research on diasporic Myanmar anti-coup resistance.
Paige Edmiston - dissertation research on the growth of data and device-driven medical care in the US.

The Graduate School requires a progress report that describes how this award has contributed to the completion of theirÌýprojects. The report will be used to give donors a sense of the variety of projects that are supported by their generous contributions.
