Jas贸n Romero, Jr is currently one of the co-directors of the Aquetza program,聽a high school teacher in southwest Denver and the Director of CU's Latino History Project.聽As an undergraduate student at the University of Colorado-Boulder, Romero聽was a part of the initial committee that began the work to create Aquetza in the fall of 2012. In addition to his roles in the classroom and the university, Romero participates in anti-colonial community work聽that continues to strive for the liberation of marginalized communities.
