SAC Processes

Working Goal

The SAC processes subcommittee is working to standardize internal operations and establish formal mechanisms of communication and permissions for actions within the college community. By formalizing and streamlining internal operations SAC will be able to focus on college-level initiatives and advocating for staff needs. 

Current Initiatives

  • Working with other SAC subcommittees to formalize relationships with the College of Arts and Sciences and campus

  • Developing guidelines and creating SAC process documents

  • Revising bylaws

  • Identifying process for non-SAC member participation

  • SAC Google Drive organization

  • Formalizing SAC budget
