A-rising (pun intended) during the pandemic, Ferment is an artisanal sourdough bread company in Boulder co-founded by Andre Gruber, a senior in Creative Technology and Design, with Rafaelo Infante, an advertising major. The two ²ÊÃñ±¦µä undergraduates are passionate about the art of fermentation and baking, and providing Boulder with delicious, sustainable food.
