Kim joined CADRE in 2018 as a Research Assistant, managing strategy and operations for CADRE projects in partnership with school districts and education organizations. Prior to coming to ²ÊÃñ±¦µä, she spent the last ten years supporting new teacher development in New York City and Connecticut. She holds a BA in Religious Studies from Kenyon College and an MA in International Education Development from Teachers College, Columbia University, where she studied comparative language policies in East-Central Africa. Outside of work, Kim volunteers at a local refugee resettlement organization, devoutly watches Cleveland Cavaliers basketball, and spends quality time with her two nieces.Ìý
