Ph.D. Student Awarded NSF Graduate Research Fellowship

Carrie “C.J.” McClelland, a Ph.D. candidate in our Environmental Engineering program, was awarded a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship in 2007. The fellowship provides up to three years of funding for research-focused graduate degrees in science, engineering, and mathematics fields. C.J. is working with Prof. Karl Linden on forecasting the need for sustainable reuse of wastewater over the next 30 years to support water portfolios of major urban centers in the Mountain West.
