    2. First Funding Cycle

      1. Latin Arts Society “Mexican Independence Week” September 16-20 6:00 pm @ Business Field, Will Vill - Mavjuda and Sandra

        1. Advertising:

          1. Saw a lot of posters around campus, there were issues at first making sure they had the correct poster, but after they fixed that, I saw them all over campus (at least for the ones we approved).

          2. Also saw a lot of advertising on social media, specifically instagram.

          3. Posters on campus were pretty good

        2. Content:

          1. Independence Celebration:

            1. Taquero and Mariachi was super engaging and helping draw people into the event for even a little while.

            2. Food was super good and mariachi was great :).

          2. Piñata making:

            1. Walked past and saw a people trickling in towards the beginning of their event, everything looked set up, prepared and engaging as people came in.

          3. Last two days were not CEB funded events, so no information for those.

          4. A lot of people did not know the events were happening because of the last minute poster changes

        3. Logistics:

          1. Were engaging for people walking past for Farrand Field and maybe hadn’t considered going to event.

          2. Seemed like they brought up the survey for the Tuesday and Wednesday event more than Monday.

          3. Mostly students

        4. Future:

          1. Having more of their events on campus, so there’s a bigger turn out.

          2. Adding more elements to some events (like maybe Mexican Independence Day) so they can engage more people to come learn about their culture.

          3. Please make sure to stay in contact about any changes to event, even if it’s assumed it’s small
