Several CMCI faculty will be among the many speakers slated to present at 彩民宝典鈥檚 2017 Diversity and Inclusion Summit this week.
CMCI center BoulderTalks is hosting a series of 鈥溾�� sessions, which aim to facilitate conversation among the CU community about their views on the recent presidential election and the current political climate. The goal is to foster discussion that can shape the university鈥檚 policy towards inclusion and diversity moving forward.
The dialogues will take place from 11 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Thursday in the UMC鈥檚 Glenn Miller Ballroom.
Journalism assistant professor Patrick Ferrucci will present on 鈥溾��. The talk will examine various theories of media sociology to understand how fake news happens and spreads. The talk will also be on Thursday, from 3:30-4:45 p.m. in UMC 247.
