University of Colorado at Boulder faculty and students from the College of Media, Communication and Information will accept seven top-paper awards at this year鈥檚 Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication conference.
Researchers behind the new study, 鈥淎dvertising Primed: How Professional Identity Affects Moral Reasoning,鈥 found that today鈥檚 practitioners are engaging in a significantly higher rate of moral reasoning than those previously tested.
鈥淵ou鈥檙e seeing these online communities explore what works and what doesn鈥檛 work when it comes to different ways of doing governance,鈥 said Brian Keegan, an assistant professor in the Department of Information Science.
