Introducing Mandy Cole, our new assistant vice chancellor for budget management

Mandy brings experience in budget modernization and implementation at a research institution, an understanding of higher education shared governance, and experience in all parts of budget operation and management.

The Office of University Controller and the Procurement Service Center are pleased to announce a reorganization as to how they deliver help desk and training services to CU’s campuses.

Training/Events

Sept. 9 - Property Q&A Session

10:30-11:30 a.m. - This Q&A session, hosted by a panel of sponsored project specialists, department research administrators and department financial staff, is open to anyone on campus who purchases, manages or tracks property.

Sept. 14 - CU-Data Financial Statements

9 a.m.-noon - In this training, you will learn how to access the Cognos Reporting System, how to read statements and where to locate pertinent information on those statements.

9 a.m. - Join us for a discussion with leadership from the Campus Controller's Office and Office of Contracts and Grants on research administration topics.

11:30 a.m. - Planning an event? Not sure if your purchase is allowable? Join us in this session, where you will learn more about the Official Functions and Sensitive Expenses procedural statements to help you plan for and make allowable purchases.
