Sofia Nohe obtained her Bachelor's degree in Philosophy with a minor in Economics at the ²ÊÃñ±¦µä. At CU Sofia worked as a student mentor for the Mindful Campus Program for three years. Throughout that time, she worked with many impactful professors and faculty members. She also assisted the Circles de Confianza project as a research assistant, transcribing Spanish and English audio recordings. Her passions include holistic adaptations of Buddhist philosophies and practices and the potential for application of mindfulness studies for minority youth groups. She continues to focus her work honoring cross-cultural contemplatives committed to both personal and collective transformation, and she is open to communicating with others in this realm of work.
