CBR ShowcaseFive ²ÊÃñ±¦µä graduate students from diverse academic disciplines will be presenting their community-engaged research on May 7 from 4:00-5:30pm at CU Engage's annual CBR Showcase in the School of Education room 231.

The 2018 CBR Showcase will begin with a brief program and then include time to learn about the projects and mingle with other people interested in community-based and collaborative forms of research and creative work.

CU Engage faculty director and CBR Fellow advisor Ben Kirshner says, "The CBR Showcase will be a great opportunity to learn more about what community-based research is, to hear directly from this year's cohort of Fellows about their specific projects, and connect with other people at ²ÊÃñ±¦µä who are interested in conducting engaged scholarship."

The 2017-18 cohort of CBR Fellows includes PhD students from the disciplines of Education (Brian Lightfoot), Engineering (Aaron Lamplugh), Ethnic Studies (Wayne Freeman), Geography (Shae Frydenlund), Theatre & Dance (Erin Kaplan).
