As the Training, Support & Outreach Coordinator I am responsible for providing guidance and training to university faculty, staff, and students on how to use the Web Express platform. I lead training sessions and hands-on workshops, including creating learning activities and resources for instruction. Oversee the development and enhancement of an online tutorial library including video tutorials plus maintain and update training and support solutions. I am first line support and manage the tech support requests from our customer base, including initial accessibility assessments for the site launch request process. I love working with our clients and sharing my knowledge as I continue to learn and grow my skills in web communications.
