Celebrate Employee Wellness Month

Employee HW Fair

Each June is National Employee Wellness Month. 2023 marks the eleventh year employers around the country are encouraged to focus on the well-being of their employees. ²ÊÃñ±¦µä faculty and staff have access to programs and resources to support their physical, mental, emotional and other dimensions of wellness.

Focus on employee wellness

Throughout June, ²ÊÃñ±¦µä has offered programs, events and resources to remind faculty and staff to prioritize wellness. Whether using your vacation time to recharge, attending or resting in a nap pod, faculty and staff are encouraged to find ways to promote your well-being.

Check out a few of the resources available at ²ÊÃñ±¦µä.

As part of the event, employees are invited to participate in the Healthier U at CU Employee Benefits and Wellness Fair on Sept. 13.
