Biography:

Molly studied Business and Sociology at the ²ÊÃñ±¦µä. In addition to herÌýown studies and research, she is a Research Associate for the Space & Sustainability InitiativeÌýat ²ÊÃñ±¦µä, exploring sustainable norms of behavior when it comes to launching business into outer space. Beyond her academic work, she is a Consultant for the United Nations Global Compact where sheÌýcontributes to the development of harmonized sustainability reporting guidelines for companies. In herÌýfree time, she coaches a local baton twirling team, loves spending time in the mountains, and will jump at any opportunity to travel.

Her research interests includeÌýCorporate Social Responsibility, Sustainable Innovation, and Occupational Inequality. Her research lies at the intersection of business and society, examining the private sector’s impact on the world; in particular, herÌýwork contributes to the growing body of knowledge regarding socially responsible leadership and using business as a vehicle for positive impact on society.
