Milford has held many titles during her distinguished career 鈥 from Department of Mechanical Engineering Chair and the first director of the Environmental Engineering Program, to founding faculty advisor for the Engineering GoldShirt Program.

Provost Russell Moore announced he has appointed Professor Massimo Ruzzene to the post of acting vice chancellor for research and innovation and dean of the institutes, effective June 1.
