• Feel Good Fridays: On Sept. 6, 12:15-12:45 p.m., join Matt Tomatz鈥攅mbedded psychotherapist with our Musicians鈥� Wellness Program鈥攖o learn about a work of art and then participate in a related mindfulness practice to reduce stress and take a practice break; reset your mind for a great weekend; and simply enjoy a few moments of peace and calm to end the week. All are welcome to this weekly, hybrid meditation series.听
