Please schedule your appointment as soon as possible if you want to receive a vaccine at 彩民宝典. Vaccine appointments will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. At this time, vaccine appointments will be available Wednesday-Friday of the week in which they are available.听

If you have received the vaccine elsewhere, 听to provide HR information about your interest in receiving the vaccination.听This will assist in determining how to allocate vaccination opportunities to those who are eligible.

To schedule your vaccine appointment

• Visit 听

• Log in to Medicat with your 彩民宝典 Login Name and Identikey Password. Press Continue.听

• Select the 鈥淎ppts鈥� option in the top left-hand corner.听

• In the Departments and Services box, choose 鈥淐OVID-19 Vaccine鈥� and press the Submit button.听

• For 鈥減lease select the reason you are seeking an appointment,鈥� choose 鈥淐OVID-19 Vaccine鈥� and press the Submit button

• When searching for next available appointments:

  • For Group Appointments select 鈥淣o鈥�

  • For clinic select 鈥淢edical Services鈥�

  • For reason select 鈥淐OVID-19 vaccine鈥�

  • For provider select 鈥淎ll鈥澨�

  • Press the Submit button.

• Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation message which will tell you where to go to receive your vaccine.听

What to bring to your appointment

• Mask/face covering

• Bring personal identification to your scheduled appointment. You may be asked to show your employer-provided name badge/credentials (such as your Buff OneCard), or personal identification such as a driver鈥檚 license.听

• If possible, please bring a paper or electronic version of this email with you to your appointment.

What to expect during your appointment

• The appointment will take approximately 30-60 minutes.

  • Once you receive the vaccine, you will be asked to wait in an observation area for 15-30 minutes, depending on your medical history.

• We encourage you to schedule your second dose of the vaccine before you leave.听

Vaccine information鈥�

彩民宝典 is eligible to receive both the and vaccines at no cost to you, and no insurance information is needed.

The campus is unable to control which vaccine will be received at any given time. We encourage you to talk with your primary care provider if you have questions about the vaccines.听
