We sent this email on Thursday, Oct. 29, 2020, to students who'd been approved for grade replacement for a Fall 2020 class, but had since changed that class's grade modeÌýto pass/fail.

Dear [first],

You're receiving this email because although we initially approved your grade replacement request for [subject] [catalog number]-[section number], you've since changed the grade mode from letter grade (eligible) to pass/fail (ineligible).

Your grade replacement request will be denied unless you change the grade mode back to letter grade by 11:59 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 30.
