On Wednesday, Oct. 2 we became aware of the following two issues occurring intermittently in 񱦵 Class Search after a recent vendor server upgrade, including:

  • The “last updated” timestamp on each classdoesnot show as current, indicating potential issues with the class rebuild/refresh. Update: This has been resolved.
  • An error message appearingwhen a student tries to drop a Fall 2024 full-semester class or add an 8 week session 2 class. In all cases, students were able to successfully add or drop their classes once directed to use classic enrollment. (Total cases reported: 5.)Update: This has been resolved.

We are actively working with our vendor to diagnose the root causes of the issues and will continue to update this webpage with new information as it becomes available.
