4. The course is an eligible undergraduate course offered in Spring 2025* (graduate, department consent-required and controlled-enrollment courses are not eligible).
5. You meet the requisites for the course.

*Please note: If the course isn't offered in Spring 2025, you may be eligible to request it for Fall 2025 instead. If it's offered next fall, submit a course reservation form during that semester's course reservation period.
