- When students repeat an eligible course and grade replacement has been automatically applied (after grades have posted), degree audits indicate which prior attempts are now excluded from the student's GPA.
- Due to a recent class eligibility change by the Department of Writing and Rhetoric, the [class number]Â class you retook in [semester]Â is retroactively eligible for grade replacement.
- We recently learned of a system issue affecting a small number of students’ pass/fail selections. This issue has since been resolved and will not impact pass/fail selections for future semester enrollments.

- The Fall 2019 deadline to request grade replacement for 16-week classes was Sept. 13. In the interest of equitably enforcing this policy for all students, we do not grant exceptions to posted deadlines.
