- Due to a recent class eligibility change by the Department of Writing and Rhetoric, the [class number]Â class you retook in [semester]Â is retroactively eligible for grade replacement.
- We've finished processing your grace period pass/fail change request(s), and your final grade modes should now be accurately reflected in Buff Portal.
- The Spring 2020 grace period for undergraduate and graduate students to request pass/fail ended at 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 11. We ran an overnight process to post all grade rosters in "Approved" status, and have since begun to process the more than 7,000 pass/fail requests submitted during the grace period.
- If you missed the deadline to take one or more of your spring classes pass/fail, you may still have time. ²ÊÃñ±¦µä is offering a grace period from now through Monday, May 11 (11:59 p.m.) for classes with a pass/fail deadline of April 30 or May 1.
- ²ÊÃñ±¦µä is providing a grace period for Spring 2020 classes with a pass/fail deadline of April 30 or May 1. Undergraduate and graduate students now have until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, May 11, to submit a pass/fail request form to change their grade mode from letter grade to pass/fail or vice versa.
- You've applied to graduate in May! If your graduation term has changed, please cancel your application and submit a new one. Otherwise, please make note of the following campuswide graduation dates and deadlines.
- Some students are currently experiencing issues when attempting to change a Spring 2020 class's grade mode to pass/fail.
- The Office of the Registrar has received approval to remove the $50 fee associated with both the graduate leave of absence application and the undergraduate optional leave of absence benefits application.
- A reminder that all Colorado Law classes will be graded on a credit/no-credit (CR/NC) basis in Spring 2020.
- Your grade replacement request will be denied unless you change your grade mode back to letter grade by 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, April 30.
