Faculty & Staff Announcements
- PDF versions of the Fall 2021 full-semester calendar and special session calendars are now available on our website.
- After 19 years of dedicated service to ²ÊÃñ±¦µä, Nancy Judson is retiring! Please join us to bid farewell to our assistant registrar for tuition classification from 2:30 to 4 p.m. on Friday, April 16, 2021.
- Effective Feb. 22, 2021, a temporary policy adjustment is now in effect allowing students who earned a low grade in a course taken between Spring 2020 and Summer 2021 to retake that course for grade replacement without it counting against their total grade replacement credit limit. All other grade replacement eligibility requirements still apply.
- Please join us to bid farewell to Sally Page, our longtime senior associate registrar for CU-SIS development, from 3 to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 31, 2021.
- The following fall registration dates have been adjusted to allow time for campus experts to make recommendations for expanded classroom capacities, and for departments to adjust the Fall 2021 schedule of classes accordingly.
- In support of the campus's goal to offer a majority of Fall 2021 classes in person, we're extending update access in Campus Solutions until 11:59 p.m. on March 22. In-person classes will need to have the seat capacities re-evaluated and adjustments made as appropriate. Batch rooming will occur in May.
- When submitting drop and swap requests for the current semester, please note the following.
- Today we were alerted to a system error that prevented approximately 4,000 students from receiving our automated enrolled from waitlist notification for Spring 2021.
- As of Tuesday, Feb. 2, department admins must request a course change (including a drop forward or drop back) by submitting an online special action form to the Office of the Registrar. If the department tries to make the change, the student will be assigned W grades.
- As of around 1:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 22, 2021, all waitlist data has been restored.
