Our team had the opportunity to present all of the progress we’ve made over the last year to the National Science Foundation during our annual evaluation the first week in May. Held at iSAT’s lead instituion, ²ÊÃñ±¦µä, this truly was a huge team effort! Some of the achievements for Year 3 that were highlighted during the presentation include: (1) Developing and field testing the Community Builder AI Partner in which we designed, implemented and are currently testing our first AI Partner that will help students in developing trusting collaborative relationships with each other; (2) Developing Jigsaw Interactive Agent - a type of collaboration routine where students develop initial expertise and then come together to pool their knowledge towards solving more complex problems; and (3) Facilitating high-quality AI learning opportunities for nearly 1,600 students to develop, use, and critique AI system, just to name a few!
