Managing Imposter Syndrome and How To Thrive in Spite of ItÌý

Thursday, April 13th, 12 - 1 p.m.
Location: Virtual, via Zoom
Success can come with baggage, including feelings of inadequacy, fraud, or self-doubt. These feelings can happen despite evidence that indicates you are skilled, successful, and deserving of acknowledgement. This is often referred to as imposter syndrome, which is a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evidence of success. This presentation will cover various forms of imposter syndrome that can cripple your path to success, teach strategies to overcome feelings of self-doubt and increase confidence and ownership of your strengths.

Nutrition information can be confusing. This workshop will help answer questions like: What is cholesterol? Which foods should I avoid to lower cholesterol? Learn about nutrition for heart health and the best ways to lower your risk of cardiovascular disease. This workshop is hosted by FSAP in conjunction with our partners at Elevations Credit Union.

New Fathers Group

Weekly, March 3, 10, 17, 24, 12 - 1 p.m.
Location: Virtual, via Zoom
Are you a new father or father-to-be? Join this 4-week group over Zoom to discuss and navigate topics like being a working parent, how to maintain a connection with your partner, ways to engage with your baby, how to come to terms with the impact on independence, self-doubt and more.

New Mothers Group

Weekly, March 7, 14, 21 & April 4, 11, 18, 12 - 1 p.m.
Location: In-person, CASE building, room E351
Are you a new mother or mother-to-be? Join this 6-week group to meet in person over lunch. FSAP will discuss the particular challenges of being a new mom who also has a career. This group will share ideas and offer support. Bring your lunches (and babies, too!).

Colorful Women Group

Every Thursday, February 2 through March 23rd, 12 - 1 p.m.
Location: Virtual, via Zoom
Colorful Women is an 8-week process and support group for self-identified BIPOC women to connect, discuss, celebrate and support each other's whole, authentic selves through an intersectional lens. Common themes include, but are not limited to, stress management, mental health, race, ethnicity, gender, empowerment, resiliency, interpersonal relationships, and professional achievement. This space will provide a safe, supportive environment designed to unify BIPOC women. This group is limited to 20 participants.

Wills & Trusts 101

Wednesday, March 1st, 12 - 1 p.m.

Estate planning isn't just for the rich or famous. In fact, estate planning is important for everyone and can help you create a plan to meet your beneficiaries’ needs while minimizing tax losses. Join this workshop to learn more about how you can get organized and protect your legacy. Topics covered include probate, trusts, fees, death taxes, and power of attorney.
