JD is finishing his second year as a PhD student in Astrodynamics. He聽graduated from Caltech, majoring in Mechanical Engineering, where he聽also played soccer and swam for the school. He聽then came to CU and joined the AVS lab, focusing on spacecraft charging and active charge control. He聽enjoys skiing, playing soccer, and watching hockey.聽
