This semester, the CWA Speaker Series will host two talks on the ²ÊÃñ±¦µä campus. The first willÌýfeatureÌýDaniel Traub,ÌýNYC-based filmmaker andÌýphotographer on Oct. 27.ÌýThen on Nov. 3, the CWA will hostÌýVice President of Data Strategy for TwitterÌýChris Moody. Both events are free and open to students and the community.

Ìýwill be hosted on campus onÌýThursday, Oct.Ìý27,Ìý²¹³ÙÌý6:30 p.m. in Old Main. The evening will include a discussion, audience Q&AÌýand a multimedia presentation diving into the story behind the work in the award-winning photography bookÌýLittle North Road: Africa in China.

Ìýjoins theÌýÌý´Ç²ÔÌýThursday, Nov.Ìý3,Ìý²¹³ÙÌý6:30 p.m.Ìýin Old Main.ÌýMoodyÌýis considered a pioneer in the social data industry and has worked closely with leading social platforms such as Twitter, Tumblr, Foursquare, WordPress, Disqus and more to formulate and execute their data strategies. The event will include an on-stage interview by a CWA Student Volunteer and an audience Q&A. The CWA Speaker Series will also be fielding questions for Moody ahead of and during the event via Twitter.
