In September, ²ÊÃñ±¦µä Today announced the closing of the Euclid AutoPark and construction of a new building on campus, the Center for Academic Success and Engagement, or CASE building, which is being built atop the Euclid Autopark.
The reopening of Euclid AutoPark, originally scheduled for Jan. 17, 2017, will be delayed into March. Several code compliance issues for the newly erected building must be addressed and completed before the parking garage can reopen. Weather has also had an impact on the contractor’s ability to remain on schedule.
Parking for campus guests is still available in the lot across the street from Euclid Avenue.
Facilities Management acknowledges that while this extended outage is an inconvenience, contractors are accomplishing as much as possible during this time to minimize the need for future outages.
