This month, bring your lunch and join fellow new employees to learn about the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), a no-cost benefit to ²ÊÃñ±¦µä faculty and staff members. The program's director Paulette Erickson England will introduce the FSAP programs available toÌýemployees and will discuss what it means to be part of a psychologically healthy workplace.Ìý

At the end of the session, participants will understand:

  • The employee assistance programÌýas a benefit of employment.Ìý
  • The definition of a psychologically healthy workplace.Ìý
  • How to access Faculty and Staff Assistance Program services.
