It’s time to fall back from daylight saving time to standard time this Sunday morning at 2 a.m. when clocks are turned back one hour. But don’t get stressed over it. According to Professor Ken Wright, director of ²ÊÃñ±¦µä’s Sleep and Chronobiology Laboratory, falling back one hour to standard time is actually good for us.
