Sign up for the Better Boulder Day of Service
Participate in CU's largest student day-of-service on April 14 with the Volunteer Resource Centerand work with various organizations to complete a service project in the Boulder/Denver area. Past projects have included trail restoration, organization of donation centers, building projects, landscaping and more. There will be a wide range of projects focusing on different issues; projects will fill up on a first-come, first-served basis, so sign up today!

If you have tickets (the event is sold out) and plan to see Anderson Cooper, theaward-winning journalist and host of CNN’sAnderson Cooper 360,speak at Macky Auditorium, plan to get there early. Doors will open at 6:15 p.m., with Cooper’s speech beginning promptly at 7:30 p.m. Arrive no later than 7 p.m. so you can getthrough a security screening and be seated by 7:30 p.m. Backpacks and other bags will not be permitted inside the auditorium. Only small clutches (no larger than 4.5” x 6.5”) and clear plastic bags not exceeding 12” x 6” x 12” will be allowed.

The TRANSforming Gender Conference will have three keynote speakers and over 60 workshops this year, with session topics on supporting families, empowering youth, transforming pedagogy, radical resistance, intersectionality, alternative trans narratives and how to create a more trans-inclusive workplace. The conference, which runs March 8–10, is free and open to everyone.
