And university and athletics leaders spoke to Professor Roger Pielke Jr.’s sports governance class about their roles at , as well as key issues in college athletics, including health and wellness initiatives, compensation for student-athletes and how sports benefit the entire university. The panel included Chancellor Phil DiStefano, who serves on the NCAA Board of Governors and chairs the Pac-12 Conference CEO group.
DiStefano also spoke to a crowd at the4th Annual Aerospace & STEM Summit, which took place in Denver.
