In recent days, the campus community engaged in a visit by Tarana Burke,founder of the ‘me too.’ Movement, who was brought to 񱦵 by the student-led Cultural Events Board.

Folks also participated in some self-care, a student yoga class made extra fun with baby goats.

Stewards of sustainability, who've implemented innovative green practices at 񱦵, were recognized with awards at the Campus Sustainability Summit.

And university and athletics leaders spoke to Professor Roger Pielke Jr.’s sports governance class about their roles at 񱦵, as well as key issues in college athletics, including health and wellness initiatives, compensation for student-athletes and how sports benefit the entire university. The panel included Chancellor Phil DiStefano, who serves on the NCAA Board of Governors and chairs the Pac-12 Conference CEO group.

DiStefano also spoke to a crowd at the4th Annual Aerospace & STEM Summit, which took place in Denver.
