Students

For fall 2021, all undergraduate and graduate students need to complete the COVID-19 vaccine requirements by Sept. 15, 2021. More information on this and other immunization requirements is available from Health and Wellness Services.

Faculty and staff

All faculty and staff need to submit their COVID-19 vaccine information or their exemption form to complete the CU system COVID-19 vaccine requirement.

Change in process

The university previously communicated that faculty and staff vaccinated in Colorado would not need to report their information to CU, and that has changed. All faculty and staff must complete the COVID-19 vaccine requirement or exemption in the MyCUHealth Portal. The only exception will be faculty and staff vaccinated through 彩民宝典 Medical Services. Data from Medical Services will be uploaded to the portal on behalf of faculty and staff vaccinated through Medical Services.

Highlights

Beginning July 1 on the 彩民宝典 campus, masks or facial coverings are no longer required indoors. Exceptions: Masks continue to be required indoors in health care settings, child care settings, youth camps and on public transit.

Sept. 15 is the deadline to complete your vaccine requirement reporting if you are a student, faculty, or staff member.
