Urban spaces are occupied by many types of plants. Veteran plant forager is taking students on a guided plant walk this Tuesday. Come learn about the world of wild edible plants and fungi in urban environments.

Counseling and Psychiatric Services (CAPS) is holding this free workshop throughout the semester. Participants will learn stress management skills, ways to regulate emotions and more. Students are recommended to attend three sessions for best results.

De-stress this Wellness Wednesday and spend some time with pups from Lifeline Puppy Rescue. Time with dogs can reduce feelings of stress and loneliness. Additionally, attendees will get information on supporting fellow Buffs for Suicide Prevention Week.
