Family Weekend 2023 is here! We have a ton of events for you (and your fam) to choose from.
This week brings free cereal, Indigenous Peoples’ Day events, Family Game Night, insight into the life of a grad student, Queers and Cake, a cooking class, the October Community Gathering, live music and more.
Monday, Oct. 9

Grab a delectable bowl of cereal at the UMC between classes.

Work on your leadership skills during this series hosted by Health and Wellness Services and Student Affairs. Some topics being covered will include skills for impactful conversations, supporting student mental health, and self-care for leaders.
4–6 p.m.

Celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day by learning about local Native authors, organizations and initiatives. During the event, students will receive free food and have the chance to get a free book or piece of merchandise in support of tribal writers and artists. Learn about more Indigenous Peoples Day events on and around campus.
