Jenna Whiteplume is the first 彩民宝典 student benefitting from the Colorado American Indian Tribes In-state Tuition law. Colorado passed Senate Bill 29 earlier this year, granting in-state tuition to members of American Indian tribes with historical ties to Colorado.
