First Folio, the original compilation of Shakespeare鈥檚 36 plays, is on display at the 彩民宝典鈥檚 First Folio! The Book that Gave Us Shakespeare exhibition from Aug. 9-31. This unique viewing opportunity commemorates this year鈥檚 400th anniversary of Shakespeare鈥檚 death. The First Folio! exhibition at the CU Art Museum is open to the public and free of charge, yet reservations are strongly encouraged and can be scheduled through Brown Paper Tickets.

Join the Alumni Association at 彩民宝典's renowned Fiske Planetarium for an enchanting evening as actors and scientists bring those references to life and give them meaning during Shakespeare and the Stars on Thursday, Aug. 25. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the program begins at 7 p.m.

Mini Law School returns for the fall

Designed for non-lawyers, the fifth Mini Law School is launching this fall with a new curriculum. The seven-part series, which is open to all and costs $100, will kick off on Tuesday, Sept. 13, with a lecture on employment law by Professor Scott Moss. Weekly sessions through Nov. 11 will cover various topics, including American Indian law, intellectual property law, criminal law, immigration law, water law and litigation.
