Provost's Post, January 2024
Dear colleagues,
I hope that you rested and reconnected with loved ones during winter break. This semester, please join me at my open forums with colleges, schools and academic affairs units for updates on our six priorities:
- Examining how students are enrolled at the university
- Analyzing and improving the first-year student experience, with special attention to Residential Academic Programs and Living and Learning Communities
- Creating expanded, consistent wrap-around services to help all students succeed
- Focusing on employee engagement and wellness
- Enhancing operational excellence
- Building efficiencies in technology, web and work process/policy
I look forward to seeing all of you. Meanwhile, stay connected to our mission in both ²ÊÃñ±¦µä Today and the Provost’s Post.
My best for a good spring semester,
Russ
