The Executive Certificate in Commercial Real Estate leverages Leeds’ faculty expertise and industry connections to provide an educational program that helps real estate professionals advance their careers. The certificate is comprised of three courses that can be taken together or separately.ÌýThe first course offered, Fundamentals of Commercial Real Estate, covers development, financing, real estate contracts, deeds, covenants and appraisals using traditional methods of valuation. This course is taught by a 25-year industry veteran, and meets Wednesday nights between Sept. 14 and Oct. 26 from 6-8 p.m. Ìý
