How to Reserve a Studio/Lab

RESERVE STUDIO/LAB

To reserve equipment, you must claim your account in Cheqroom. You will need to wait a minimum of 24-hours for a Kage Employee to give you access. All studio/lab reservations must be scheduled a minimum of 14 hours in advance via our online scheduling system.

If you need a last minute reservation for a computer lab, please use one of our walk-in labs.

You may reserve a studio/lab for a maximum of 48 hours (or over the weekend). Reservations longer than the allotted time are subject to manager approval.

Help...?

Need help reserving a space? reference the video below on how to reserve a lab.

Many Cinema Studies classes are scheduled in rooms students can reserve. If you are unable to reserve a studio/lab, chances are another student has reserved it, or a class has reserved it during that time.
