Emily joined the ²ÊÃñ±¦µä in April 2024 and currently serves as an access coordinator. She earned a Bachelor of Science in recreational therapy from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining the university, Emily served as a recreational therapist at Craig Hospital. Her role involved assisting patients in neurorehabilitation access and/or return to their recreation and leisure outlets. Emily is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS). Her professional areas of interest include adaptive recreation/leisure, community access, self-advocacy and holistic wellness. Outside the office she enjoys being outside, traveling, attending concerts/sporting events, playing guitar and spending time with her friends/family (including her dog, Brew). Emily is happy to be a Buff!
