  • Selected as a Faculty Leadership Institute (FLI) Fellow, ²ÊÃñ±¦µä, 2023-2024.
    • FLI is a program that helps identify, foster and support emerging leaders as they prepare to further their leadership trajectory at the ²ÊÃñ±¦µä.
    • A group of 12-15 faculty members are chosen to make up the new leadership class each year.

  • Won the University Professional and Continuing Education Association (UPCEA) Excellence in Teaching Award, 2023.
    • This national award recognizes those who have made significant contributions to credit or noncredit programs and who have provided inspirational teaching to professional, continuing, and/or online education students.

  • Awarded Community Impact Grant from the Office for Outreach and Engagement, ²ÊÃñ±¦µä, 2022.
    • Grant was awarded for work with Denver-metro low-income, first-generation, and underrepresented high school students.
