The Office of Faculty Affairs welcomes all new 񱦵 tenure-track, teaching, and clinical faculty through its New Faculty Orientation (NFO) programming, held annually a week before the first day of the semester.

The 2024 New Faculty Orientation (NFO) was held on Aug. 19, bringing together new faculty members for a day of learning and connection. You can read about the event highlights in the latest 񱦵 Today article.

Participation in at least 8 “Thriving at CU” sessions over your first three years will earn you a faculty development certificate.These sessions are not recorded to create a comfortable environment foropen, candid discussions and engagement.Thriving at CU covers the following content areas:
