Employee Learning Week is an annual, global celebration of life-long learning in organizations. The Department of Human Resources is offering a free week of professional development opportunities for all ²ÊÃñ±¦µä employees.

Pat O’Rourke, Interim Chief Operating Officer, is encouraging campus employees to participate in the learning opportunities at our third annual employee learning week.

“²ÊÃñ±¦µä is a place of education—for students, faculty and staff alike. I hope these resources provide an opportunity to take what you’ve learned in these challenging times and make a difference going forward in your careers. Keep aspiring, define your goals, and create opportunities, because our campus succeeds when you succeed.â€

Registration is still open for action-based sessions to gain strategies you can apply to your work and personal life today. Create a learning journey through learning tracks or design your own for the week.

  • Track 1: Growing Through Transition and Change
  • Track 2: Cultivating Resiliency
  • Track 3: Developing a Growth Mindset
