Has the experience of success and accomplishment felt complicated? Perhaps you have felt inadequate or fraudulent despite evidence that indicates you are skilled and quite successful. Even after receiving praise, you may quickly feel as though you’re back to square one and find yourself saying, “That was a fluke, I’m still not good enough.” If so, chances are you may be experiencing Imposter Syndrome. “Imposter syndrome is a collection of feelings of inadequacy that persist despite evidence of success.” This presentation will expound on the various forms of imposter syndrome that cripple the path to success, teach strategies to overcome feelings of self-doubt, and increase confidence and ownership of your strengths.  

Learning Outcomes

After attending this workshop, attendees will:   

  • Learn the various types of Imposter Syndrome 
  • Explore ways to respond to negative thinking habits, failures, mistakes, and criticism 
  • Discuss strategies to re-define competence, increase a confidence to take risks, and own your wins.
