The Valued Living Study
Living with metastatic cancer?ÌýFeeling down, concerned, or worried?
Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers and the ²ÊÃñ±¦µä are offering a study for adults with metastaticÌýcancer who are feeling anxious, down, or distressed. The Valued Living Study compares a 5-week online skills group to usual supportive care. Participants can earn up to $150.
You may be eligible if you:
- Have stage IV solid tumor cancerÌý
- Feel anxious, down, or distressed
- Are out of bed most of the day and can attend online group sessions
We welcome individuals of anyÌýrace, ethnicity, age, sex, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, socio-economic status, or national origin.

The THRIVE Study
For many women, taking anti-hormonal medication every day can be challenging. The ²ÊÃñ±¦µä is offering a research study for breast cancer survivors who are prescribed anti-hormonal medication that aims to help support them in taking it. The studyÌýÌýevaluates a 2 module online course that focuses on taking credit for your effort, tapping into your strengths, and engaging in positive activities even when it’s hard. Participants in the study can earn up to $80 for completing online questionnaires and offering feedback on the course.Ìý
You may be eligible if you:
- Are a woman who is 21 years old or older
- Have been diagnosed with Stage 0-3 hormone receptor-positive breast cancer and finished your primary treatmentÌý
- Have been prescribed anti-hormonal medication within the last two years
- Have difficulty taking your anti-hormonal medication
