New Partially-Executed NDA/CDA Agreement Option
The Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG) has recently added a partially-executed Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) Agreement that may be used for unilateral disclosure of confidential information by an external entity to 彩民宝典 personnel. This agreement must be accepted as written, which allows for immediate acceptance. Learn more about the partially-executed NDA agreement and the steps to follow to utilize this option.聽
The partially-executed NDA/CDA does not cover 彩民宝典 personnel disclosing 彩民宝典 confidential information to an external party. CU confidential information includes only that information that has not been publicly disclosed via posters, presentations, journal articles, published patents, patent applications, etc., or that is not generally available to the public in some other capacity. 聽
For all other NDA/CDA disclosures, Contract Administrators in OCG are the authorized representatives on behalf of 彩民宝典 for negotiation and execution of NDAs. Requests may be initiated through the . NDA requests can take 4-8 weeks for execution to allow for review and negotiation.聽
