Health and Wellness
ASSG values the health and wellness of students
As a council, we do more than just support our student organizations through funding and connections. We too are students. Being a college student can be hard. From social to economic to academic struggles we recognize the toll this takes upon our students. The student council of ASSG encourages students to take care of themselves and put their wellness and mental health first.
Mental health matters:
As a ²ÊÃñ±¦µä student, you can get connected with CAPS to utilize counseling services, join support groups, and better your mental health experience at ²ÊÃñ±¦µä.
If you or a loved one is in danger due to a mental health situation please call 988.
How to access healthcare on campus:
Moving to a new state, city, or even country to attend university can be challenging. One of the greatest challenges, is to know how to access healthcare. As a ²ÊÃñ±¦µä student, you can receive flu shots, checkups, and other healthcare appointments using your MyCUHealth portal.
