Students must transfer to the ²ÊÃñ±¦µä from another academic institution with at least one year (at least 24 credits) satisfied at the prior institution(s).
Students must have completed at least 12 credits of coursework leading to a bachelor's degree.
Students must acheive superior academic achievement during their first 12 credits completed at the ²ÊÃñ±¦µä.
The minimum academic average required for membership is a 3.5 on a 4.0 scale. Academic eligiblility shall be obtained on the grades of the first 12 credits (equivalent to one full semester).
Invitation & Induction Timeline
Members are only invited once during their academic journey to join Tau Sigma.
In February, eligible members will receive an invitation email from tausigma@colorado.edu which includes instructions on how to accept the invitation and join Tau Sigma.
Members must pay a lifetime membership fee of $50.
Our annual induction ceremony takes place in March or April.
